Cross-border e-commerce strategy and regulation

This article describes the results of the development of electronic commerce in Russia; identified the main trends in cross-border trade; the problems of regulation of cross-border trade are given; the drawbacks of the development process of electronic commerce in the Russian Federation are noted; the author's strategy is proposed for enhancing cross-border trade.
