Mechanisms for introducing innovative technologies: real industry dynamics

Abstract analysis of the real dynamics of the main trends in the development of the dairy industry using statistical material is given. Briefly classified equipment that performs the main technological operations for processing milk and obtaining raw materials from animals for the production of products in the dairy industry, including those of an innovative nature, the use of which not only facilitates technological processes, but also allows you to meet the demand for high-quality dairy products. Separate directions of digitalization of production processes that enhance the growth of livestock production are considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the pace of modernization, not to stop the introduction of innovative technologies in dairy enterprises, which will make them a competitive sector with clear guidelines for long-term development.
