Legal regulation of carshering

The article analyzes the legal regulation of a short-term lease of vehicles (car sharing). The author comes to the conclusion that at the present time there is no common understanding of the nature of the investigated relations. There are no special rules on the car sharing agreement in civil law, although there is a need for this. The author puts forward some proposals for changing the current legislation to resolve the problems of the car sharing agreement under consideration.
