Constitutional and legal foundations of the relationship between the legal system of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international law

The article deals with the constitutional and legal foundations of the relationship between the legal system of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international law. Here, along with the Constitution, acts adopted by the referendum and constitutional laws are analyzed as the legal basis. The article analyzes the static and dynamic aspects of the abovementioned relationship.
