Actual problems of collecting alimony in favor of minors

The article considers the problems of establishing and recovering alimony for minor children, novation of the legislation, taking into account the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The article explains the features of the regulatory scheme for the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of minors, as well as certain aspects of the enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony.
