Legal mechanism of interaction of public chambers of the Russian Federation subjects with state authorities of the Russian Federation and local self-government

This article discusses the features and mechanism of legal regulation of the interaction of public chambers with authorities. Based on the results of the discussion, the public chamber of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation is identified as one of the most important forms of interaction. It is proposed: not to allow the politicization of regional public chambers, to develop information support for its activities, to use its legal capabilities as a tool to counter specific offenses.
