The analysis of the management mechanism of the research complex potential of the atomic energy cluster of Russia

This article provides a brief overview of the changes in the public administration system of the Russian Federation over the past decade. Based on the leading role determination of the scientific and technological development through the formation of a modern management system for the research potential of the Russian Federation, the paper substantiates the course of modern public policy using the references to the regulatory framework. The article provides the institutional changes analysis aimed at reforming the nuclear industry and creating conditions for the successful functioning of the atomic energy cluster of the Russian Federation. The paper reveals the modern management mechanism of the research complex potential of the atomic energy cluster of the Russian Federation. The existing problems connected to the management mechanism efficiency are also included. The article reflects the consequences of the insufficient financial support and underutilization of the existing research potential. The need for improvement in the management mechanism of the research complex potential of the atomic energy cluster of the Russian Federation has been also substantiated.
