Problematic aspects of including the creditor's claims in the register of creditors' claims of the debtor in bankruptcy proceedings

The article examines a number of problems associated with the bankruptcy procedure. In particular, the problematic aspects of including the creditor's claims in the register of the debtor's creditors are highlighted. Analyzing the legislation and judicial practice regarding the presentation by the creditor of claims to the debtor in bankruptcy, the authors offer their vision of resolving problematic aspects.
