Improving the mechanism of organization and functioning of the executive power in Russia

One of the leading factors of successful socio-economic development of the country is the quality of public administration. Modern market relations place higher demands on the organization and functioning of the Executive power. A successful state is not only a well-optimized economic policy, but also a well-built public administration system that meets the specifics and scale of the country, is receptive to advanced technological and communication solutions, and meets the needs of society. The article examines the process of modernization of public administration in Russia from the beginning of the 90s to the present.
