Effective use of land and consideration of the environmental factor in urban development

Effective land use and urban development are the basis for creating not only a comfortable, but also a safe urban environment. When planning the construction of individual buildings in the city center, construction organizations must perform additional work and, accordingly, bear additional costs to ensure the safety of construction in conditions of spot development. The negative trend of transferring agricultural land around cities to other categories in the future is fraught with loss and reduction of the resource potential of land. Urban planning should minimize the negative impact of buildings and structures on people and the environment, but it often leads to degradation of the natural environment in cities. The article discusses ways to minimize the negative impact of urban development on people and the environment. The main research methods used in writing this article are methods of observation, analysis and synthesis, and a systematic approach.
