Commercialization of personal data as a consequence of using Big Data technologies

This article is devoted to the analysis of the Big Data phenomenon and its impact on legislation on personal data. The work examined the problematic issues of the commercialization of personal data, and also made an attempt to answer the question about the possibility of identifying personal data as an object of civil rights.
