Peculiarities of tactics of individual investigative actions in the investigation of environmental crimes

The article focuses on the peculiarities of the investigation of environmental crimes, manifested in the specifics of the production of individual investigative actions. The most effective tactical techniques for examining the scene, interrogation tactics of the suspect (accused), witness, representative of the victim are considered. Among the most specific investigative actions in the investigation of environmental crimes, the author includes a search, verification of evidence on the spot, an investigative experiment; and obtaining information on connections between subscribers and/or subscriber units. The article lists the forms of use of special knowledge typical for the investigation of cases of environmental crimes, including in the form of the appointment of examinations. The range of examinations most characteristic of the investigation of environmental crimes is indicated.
