Legal problems and features of recovery of moral harm under the law of the Russian Federation

In this article, the authors examine the features of the legal regulation of compensation for moral damage, analyze the contradictory judicial practice on this issue, the problems of determining the amount of recovery of moral damage by the courts. The authors also investigate some legal problems and conflicts in the implementation of the possibilities of compensation for moral harm by individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
