The role of financial regulation to the economy and the social structure of society considered in this article, analyzed foreign and domestic practice of application different financial regulation tools. In addition to the established traditional practice of financial regulation, in this article were compared methods and tools of financial regulation that used in different countries to neutralize the consequences of COVID-19 are.
