Sanatorium and resort organizations are an integral part of health care system. A comprehensive health system is needed to develop human capital and to care for the health of the population. The modern spa industry faces a number of problems hindering its development. One such problem is the economic functioning of organizations. Due to economic problems, many spa organizations have significant logistical deterioration and lack of medical staff. This necessitates a more detailed consideration of the issue.
