According to the results of 2020, 2 times more companies were identified compared to 2018, which approach this issue systematically and implement changes within the framework of a special strategy. The value of the digital form of interaction is constantly growing in all industries. It is important both for communication and for the continuous development of products and services. In this process, understanding the complex processes and tools that will help you move from the current market situation to a new business model plays a key role. These issues can be solved faster and with little cost, provided that the services of specialized companies are used, that is, by outsourcing these functions. The article discusses the main trends of digitalization processes and the need for outsourcing in the digital transformation of business processes. The advantages of using outsourcing are identified, in particular, the reduction of business costs, the ability to attract the best specialists in the field of digitalization of business processes, independence from the risks of dismissal, illness of employees in the field of digitalization if they are hired, as well as the ability to focus on further business development.
