Entrepreneurial skills. How developing interna, soft, hard skills helps shape entrepreneurial behavior

Voloshin E. V.  (Ph.D., business coach, lecturer, Peoples' Friendship University; Far Eastern Federal University)

The article is devoted to the study of entrepreneurial skills as an instrument for shaping entrepreneurial behavior. The author postulates that, as practice shows, people are divided into three groups. The first is ready to exchange its time for stability in income and the absence of the risk of failure. The second is ready to risk and suffer defeats in exchange for freedom and unlimited implementation, including in income. The third group is a mixed type who has not yet decided on which side he is. From the position of the author, people who conduct their own entrepreneurial activity, who are able to quickly transform themselves and move from one type of activity (business) to another, stand out in the second group. Such a behavioural model can be called entrepreneurial behaviour and depends on the development of the skills of entrepreneurs and their abilities. The purpose of the article is to determine the specifics of entrepreneurial behavior and the possibility of using this experience and other people.
