Almost all outstanding anthropologists were lawyers or received a legal education, however, this did not have a particular impact on the development of legal anthropology. The reason is the complexity in defining the invariant determination of law, which was pointed out by I. Kant. Today we know that the informational nature of law is contained in legal information. Analyzing this concept, in this work the author makes an attempt to discover the Kantian apriorism in information law and, for this purpose, explores the anthropological features of the relationship between the legal consciousness of a person and the state as an informational legal order.
