Genesis of preferential administrativelegal regimes operating on the territory of the far eastern federal district

One of the ways of regional development in the Russian Federation is the creation and operation of various economic zones with preferential administrative- legal regimes in the far East. The article considers the prerequisites for the emergence and development of territories of advanced socio-economic development and the free port of Vladivostok in order to identify possible problems of legal regulation and determine ways to improve it.
