"Strategy 2020". Results

The article analyzes the planned indicators of the "Concept of long-term socio-economic development of Russia until 2020", better known as "Strategy 2020" and the results that have been achieved in reality. It is concluded that the main indicators formulated in the "Strategy 2020" could not be achieved due to the erroneousness of the forecasts of the basic parameters that the developers relied on. According to the author, when adjusting such strategic documents, among other things, the Strategy should fully comply with the principles of unity and integrity, continuity and continuity, balance of the strategic planning system, effectiveness and efficiency of strategic planning, measurability of goals, compliance of indicators with goals.
