Improvement of forestry management forms in modern conditions

The article examines the existing forms of forest management and their improvement, as well as the system of relations between the owner and users of forests. The foreign experience of forest resources management under different forms of forest ownership is investigated. The introduction of a law on forest reproduction, the creation of a Center for the preservation of natural resources, the introduction of state incentives for ensuring the quality of forest reproduction and strengthening control over forest use and reforestation are proposed.
