From classics to concepts of administrative law of modern Russia

based on an analysis of the reform of legal regulation in modern Russia, as well as a consideration of the retrospective of the development of scientific ideas of classics of Soviet administrative law, the author notes that the masters of administrative and legal science of the last century laid a solid foundation for the science of modern administrative law. The visionary nature of their scientific views is evidenced by the realities of modern Russia, implemented in the form of federal laws, scientific concepts, etc. The author statues the legal institute «public administration» as a new scientific direction that goes into the development of the subject of modern administrative law.
