On some problem aspects of land inheritance and ways of their resolution in courts

In this article, the authors consider the features of the inheritance of land plots, the conditions under which the right of inheritance can be realized, analyze some problematic aspects of inheritance and conflicts in law. The authors also analyze the reasons for disputes over the inheritance of land plots and how they are resolved in courts.
