Digital maturity model for banking organizations

Recent surveys among top managers indicates that digital transformation turns to become a key to existence of companies in highly competitive markets. An important stage in development of organization transformation strategy is the assessment of its current competencies and busines-process maturity level. It is possible to encounter methodologies and models for digital maturity models in both academic and professional literature that companies might employ building their strategies. Although these models are based on similar constructs, they vary depending on industry context. This paper presents the results of development a digital maturity model for banks.
