Matters of building of the input/output ratio operator (operator form equation) of the supply chains or economic process in conception of process approach in logistics management or economic process management are examined in this article.
Inevitable appearance of heuristics during the solving of that problem with econometrical study methods (building of imitational model of the operator as-is) is explained.
Hypothesis of not needing of the Laplace operator (Laplace integral) applying to continuous transfer function of the economic (logistical) process and Laplace or Furier discrete transform and further Z-transform applying to input samples of discrete economical (logistical) process are proposed on the basis of the physical meaning of the Laplace operator (integral) and differences between transfer functions of economical and technical (physical) systems.
