Organization and management of a specialized psychological centre

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the organization and the peculiarities of managing a specialized psychological center. The author analyzed the existing models of the startup organization, and, taking into account the trends of the market under consideration, proposed an author's structure with an orientation on the designed object. Based on the classics of the innovation project management algorithm, a specialized psychological center adapted to the organization of the startup project was developed. Emphasis is placed on the issue of innovative design of a startup - to date, very poorly developed and needing methodological and practical (experimental) development from both the scientific, expert and business communities
