The essence and specifics of the basic principles of family law of the Russian Federation

At the heart of any branch of law and the legal system as a whole are the principles of law. Principles are the most generalized category of family law, along with such as subject matter and method. As per the principles of family law concentrating the views of the legislator on the main priorities of development of Russian society, in particular, in the sphere of family relations, this article analyzes the legislative consolidation of the principles of family law in the Russian Federation.
