The article is devoted to the study of the general scientific foundations of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation in the field of arms trafficking. The article considers the correlation between the object and the subject of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation in the field of arms circulation. Presented author's structure of the object of prosecutor's supervision. The analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice in the sphere of arms trafficking within the framework of the investigated aspect of the problem is presented.
