Safety of teenagers on the internet. Legislative aspect

This article is devoted to the problem of adolescents' safety on the Internet, discloses the topic of persuading adolescents to commit suicide via the Internet (social networks), examines the negative impact of the Internet on adolescents with a still unstable psyche, examines the issues of liability under the law for these actions. The paper identifies and clarifies the characteristics of possible information threats, takes into account the problems of the negative impact of the Internet on adolescents in social networks. A generalization of the existing legal framework on the responsibility for persuading adolescents to commit suicide via the Internet is carried out. The motives that induce adolescents to commit suicide have been determined. The analysis of the main aspects of the legal framework was carried out, the presentation was expanded for further promising improvement of legislation in matters of prosecution when persuading adolescents to commit suicide through the Internet.
