On rational management in Max Weber's research

This article presents the categories of rationality and social institutions in the study of sociological objects by Max Weber, his understanding of the legitimacy of domination and the effectiveness of bureaucratic management, as well as abstraction from the concept of economic efficiency; the processes occurring within the framework of capitalist organizations are presented in the context of combining all types of rationality: economic, social, target and value, it is shown how their unity and interdependence, inseparability from each other are manifested; substantiated how organizations with an implemented bureaucratic type of management have the greatest number of premises for the implementation of effective rational management.
