Strategic development of territories in the framework of projects to create a comfortable environment for human life

In the context of the digital economy, the implementation of projects to create a comfortable environment for human life based on the spread of digital technologies is becoming an integral direction for the development of territories. The paper substantiates that an interdisciplinary approach is a key element in forming a strategy for the development of a territory, and also characterizes modern concepts of development of territories in the context of a digital transformation of the economy. As a result, the main approaches to the analysis of the strategy for the development of the territory on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach and barriers that impede the successful implementation of projects to create a comfortable environment for human life were identified.
