Countering patent trolling (based on the experience of the United States and China)

The subject of the study is the study of the criteria used in the law of the United States and China to assess the integrity of the copyright holder in a dispute over infringement of patents and trademarks, since these intellectual property objects are the main scope of the so-called patent trolling. The considered criteria for assessing integrity can serve as a reference point for creating similar legal norms in the system of domestic legislation.
