Problems of harmonization and unification of the definitions of “creativity”, “creative work” and “mental work” in science and the legislation of the EEU countries

This article discusses the problems of interpretation and regulation of the definitions of "creativity" and "creative work", "intellectual work" in the doctrine and legislation on intellectual property of the EAEU countries. It should be noted that the science of civil law at each stage of its development has always faced specific problems determined by the political, economic, socio-cultural, scientific and technical needs of society. Among their wide variety, there are those that are key to the legal science at any stage of its development. Among them can be rightly attributed to the study of the problem of the interpretation of "creativity" and "creative work", "mental work".
