The institute of hiring in the modern market economy of Russia: setting the problem and trying to solve it from the position of property and personal rights of owners

The article is devoted to the consideration and analysis of the institute of hiring from the position of synthesis, on the one hand, of purely economic relations of purchase and sale of goods, on the other - of institutional relations related to the property and personal rights of owners, «sellers and buyers» in the so ‒ called «labor market».
