European Union corporate law and features of creation and doing business

The article is devoted to the study of the main directives that regulate doing business in the EU. The article discusses the provisions on the use of digital instruments, implementation of payment systems, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the protection of personal data of EU residents. The second key aspect is the study of the features of doing business in conditions of negative interest rates, supervision of the European Central Bank, the implementation of Basel III, and Brexit. Despite the difficulties of doing business in the EU, the company's entry into this market allows it to develop its activities at a higher quality level and increase capitalization.
