Regulatory and legal regulation of charitable activities in relation to patients with primary immunodeficiency

The number of patients whose pathologies are caused by primary immunodeficiency is growing in the world. As a result, the organizational and financial burden on the state in the social sphere increases. But this burden can be reduced by attracting funds from non-profit organizations-charitable foundations, whose competence includes solving socially significant problems of the population, meeting its various needs and providing financial assistance. The aim of the study was to study the regulatory regulation of various forms of support by funds for patients with primary immunodeficiency.
