Formation of views of legal understanding of the essence of the subject of crime

The term "subject of crime" for many years has attracted the attention of various researchers, since it is used by such sciences as forensic science, criminal procedure, criminology, but the largest number of discussions throughout the history of the concept in question took place in the science of criminal law. in the light of the above, I consider it necessary to analyze the genesis of scientific thought from the beginning of the appearance of this concept to the present.
