The purpose of the article is to explicate the internal conditions of social security using an internalist approach. Tasks: to concretize on the basis of the available material the specifics of the internal conditions of social security in comparison with the external conditions of social security. This problem in considering any of its aspects is decisive in the development of society. Currently, the values of human freedom and social security are interconnected with each other, since they are influenced by various positive-negative attitudes. From the point of view of the internal conditions of social security, their requirements are softer than the settings of the external conditions of social security. Internal conditions of social security remain at the level of wishes, recommendations, advice that can be taken into account in the practical life of people. The requirements of the external conditions of social security, in this respect, are more imperative and obligatory and look in the form of a kind of prohibitions: "do not do", "do not allow", "do not allow".
