Topical issues of attracting a specialist to conduct a prosecutor’s inspection of compliance with the requirements of legislation by educational organizations of higher education

The article discusses the specifics of attracting a specialist to conduct a prosecutor's inspection of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on education by educational organizations of higher education, in terms of the development and implementation of basic professional educational programs. A brief analysis of the current state of affairs in this area of legal relations is given. The prosecutors are given recommendations on the selection of candidates to participate as a specialist to provide organizational and analytical functions. The features of the prosecutor's interaction with a specialist at different stages of their work are shown, a standard list of documents to be analyzed and the results of the activities of the educational organization of higher education being checked is given. The only example of the prosecutor's inspection of this sphere of activity at the moment is considered, the revealed violations of the law are shown and the measures of the prosecutor's response are outlined. The provisions discussed in the article can be taken by the prosecutor's office as a basis, which will improve the efficiency of work in this field of activity.
