Application of a logistic approach to the problems of recycling of material resources in the construction industry

In this article, the author outlines the methods and ways of applying the principles of logistics in order to solve the problems of collection, processing and recycling of material resources. The purpose of the work is to demonstrate the objective need for secondary use in the production and consumption of material resources. The author has set the following tasks: to determine the prerequisites in the modern economy that require a transition to recycling and recyclable materials, as well as the main problems in the field of waste processing that the production and consumption sectors face. The author in the paper proposed a logistical concept for managing secondary material resources. This concept is able to expand the scope of logistics and is aimed at enhancing the importance of secondary material resources. According to the author, the application of this concept will favorably affect the ecological and economic situation.
