Implementation of an innovative project in an educational organization

Relevance. In recent years, there have been huge changes in the education system. Schools are in search of new forms of pedagogical activity. The education system is not just a part of the social life of society, its leading link in introducing innovations and conducting experiments. This requires significant changes in the entire educational environment and the processes taking place in it. Such changes can take place with high-quality innovation processes implemented in an educational organization, which is one of the criteria for the effectiveness of activities and is becoming increasingly relevant. In modern literature, the problem of innovation is described in various forms and variants. However, until now there has been a problem of assessing the qualitative characteristics of innovative changes in all spheres of public life. A different approach to the assessment of innovative processes is needed, where the analysis of innovative problems includes the use of modern achievements not only in the fields of management, education, but also obtaining results. However, practice shows that the pedagogical community is not always fully prepared for innovative activities, the selection and design of its current problems, the construction of pedagogical innovations, the implementation of the content of innovative school education with the help of modern pedagogical technologies, to predict the expected result that can be obtained during the implementation of innovations.
