Problems of the quality of providing medical care to employees of the criminal enforcement system

The author considers the features of the organizational and legal mechanism for providing medical care to employees of the penal system. The problematic aspects of the quality of medical care to the personnel of the penitentiary system in departmental medical institutions are highlighted on the example of the Vladimir region. The priority solutions for improving the management system and organizing the process of providing affordable, high-quality and timely medical care are proposed; implementation of a quality management system, universal information technologies.
