Some aspects of the legal regulation of the provision of hotel services in Russia

The article analyzes the current state of certain aspects of the legal regulation of the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation. The author has made a detailed legal description of the concept of hotel services, investigated the issues of regulation of contractual relations for the provision of hotel services under the law of Russia, including the study of certain aspects that determine some problems in this area and recommendations for their elimination.
