The system of principles in the model of transformation of management functions of industrial enterprises in the digital economy

Industry 4.0 makes a direct contribution to the activities of industrial enterprises, forming a digital transformation in management. This transformation takes into account the specifics and features of the components of the digital economy, forms a new understanding of the digitalization of the management system of industrial enterprises. In this article, a system of principles of the model of transformation of the management functions of industrial enterprises operating in the material and virtual environment of the modern economy is developed, in which positive dynamics in the activity of an industrial enterprise is formed, contributing to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of industrial enterprises. An algorithm for the transformation of all five basic management functions has also been developed, taking into account the interrelation of the features of these components of the digital economy. At the same time, as our research has shown, this algorithm allows managers to choose the most effective «trajectory of managerial actions» from a variety of alternative business trajectories.
