Problem aspects of the contract of life maintenance with dependants and ways to solve them

In this study, an analysis is carried out aimed at establishing the features of the functioning and development of such a civil law institution as a contract of lifelong maintenance with a dependent. The author, building a model of logical understanding of the activities of such an institution through the prism of problems arising in connection with its use in civil relations, gives examples of what causes entail the consequences of improper use of its mechanisms and what is the difference between this institution and others similar to it in civil law. In addition, the author touches on the development of modern contractual relations and the role of this agreement in their assessment and resolution.
