Development of interaction between the countries-participants of the shanghai organization of cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere in the system of measures for countering terrorism, extremism and separatism on Eurasia

The article analyzes the problems of countering terrorism, separatism and extremism in the Eurasian space; among the directions of such counteraction, the development of cooperation between the SCO member states in the scientific and technical sphere is especially highlighted. The international legal basis of interaction within the SCO in terms of the fight against the "three evils" - terrorism, separatism, extremism is studied in detail, the problems and prospects for the development of such interaction are considered. The significance of the development of cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere is assessed.
