Digital transformation in the system of public administration

At present, the introduction of digitalization in public administration is a priority direction of state policy in the field of information society development. The digitalization of public administration involves platform management, the provision of public services in an online format, the digitization of workflow, data openness, as well as the interaction of society and the state on various online portals. The article is devoted to the study of public administration in the realities of the digital transformation process. The paper considers the existing problems of the public administration system in the field of digital transformation. A description of the key roles of the management system and the implementation of digital projects is presented. Approaches to the study of the development of the personnel ecosystem have been studied.
