This article analyzes advertising tools and cookies and their impact on the transformation of the right to protection of personal data and privacy. In the context of widespread digitalization, fundamental legal institutions are also changing, which directly predetermines the problem of the imbalance between the interests of individuals and companies seeking to implement technological tools.
