Inertial scenario for the development of the innovative and industrial potential of Bryansk region until the year 2035

The economy of Bryansk region has an industrial orientation. In this connection, the paper gives analysis what the situation will be with the innovative and industrial potential of Bryansk region by 2035. The forecast made on the basis of the inertial scenario assumes that the factors characteristic to the past and present will remain unchanged. The industrial potential includes enterprises, fixed assets involved in the production of innovative products, and the volume of its shipment. According to the calculated share for each indicator, the value of the innovative and industrial potential of Bryansk region in 2035 is defined.
