in recent years, the tourism industry has undergone dramatic changes associated with global digitalization processes, generational change, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on tourism. New challenges require new, promising solutions to the problems of further development of the tourism industry. The fourth industrial revolution was the technological driver that is fundamentally changing modern tourism. The article considers digital technologies used in the field of tourism and shows the directions of their use. Attention is paid to providing the tourism industry with professional personnel with digital competencies.
